Point 1: Brush Cleaning Frequency

✔Clean every day: For brushes that are in liquid form, such as foundation and concealer, it is recommended that you clean them every day after use.

✔Weekly cleaning: For powder brushes such as blush and powder brushes, clean them once a week on average.

Clean brushes are the best way to get the perfect look and keep your skin free of pimples!

Point 2: Choice of Brush Cleaner

Neutral and mild shampoos, body lotions, soaps, cold cleansers, or non-greasy make-up removers can be used to clean your brushes.

However, if you have expensive brushes with fine bristles that need to be handled with care, we recommend using a specialized brush cleaner!

Point 3: Brush Cleaning Procedures

Brush cleaning in 3 steps:

Step ⓵:

Prepare a small container with detergent and the brushes to be cleaned.

Step ⓶:

Fill a small container with some water to a depth that will soak the bristles, then pour in a little detergent and soak the bristles in the water for a minute, then start stirring gently to dissolve the makeup.

Step ⓷:

Pick up the brush from the small container, either on the palm of your hand or on a wash plate and gently rinse in a circular motion in the same direction until the remaining makeup is rinsed off.

When cleaning the brushes, remember to rinse the bristles from the top down and only the bristles should be rinsed, do not let the whole brush touch the water! The metal parts of the brush bristles and brush handle will deteriorate when they are exposed to water, and the bristles will fall off easily. Especially for wooden brushes, water can cause deterioration and damage to the brushes.

Point 4: How to dry the brushes after cleaning?

Remember to dry the brushes:

Do not put them in the sun.

Do not hang them upside down.

Do not use a hair dryer.

Press the bristles dry with a dry paper towel or towel, use a rack for drying brushes or hang them with rubber bands, and place them in a well-ventilated indoor area to dry naturally.
