Instructions for use

1. Long press the power button for about 2 seconds to switch on/off.

2. EMS mode: short press the EMS button to adjust the strength of the EMS, power on the default EMS

3. Cooling / heating mode: short press the cooling / heating button to switch between cooling and heating mode.
